PLEASE NOTE! Architectural applications must be submitted to Vanguard Management at least ten days in advance of a regularly scheduled meeting to allow time for processing and forwarding to the committee. Incomplete applications cannot be considered and will be returned to the submitter.

Suspicious Activity

Fernshire Farms residents are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to police by calling either “911” or the County Police non-emergency number, 301-279-8000.

Board Meetings

Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month unless otherwise noted. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm and are being held virtually while schools and other public facilities remain closed to outside meetings. Meeting information was mailed to all Fernshire owners and is available by email. Meetings in 2022 are scheduled for:
